PROFILE
Hirotaka Matsuoka is a professor of sport marketing in the Faculty of Sport Sciences at Waseda University in Japan. His teaching and research specialization is sport marketing. He is an active Japanese researcher in sport management and marketing and has had articles published in Japanese and international journals. He is a member of the board of directors of the Japanese Association for Sport Management. Dr. Matsuoka earned his doctoral degree in sport management from The Ohio State University in 2001.
